How we use it
We use information to operate the directory, secure accounts, review listings and claims, deliver requested messages, prevent abuse, improve search, and comply with law. Private outreach records and internal moderation notes are never part of public search.
Choices and retention
You may request correction or removal of imported contact information. We retain data only as needed for the service, legal obligations, safety, and dispute records. Newsletter consent is separate and may be withdrawn.
International use and security
Information may be processed across borders by service providers. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
